Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the owner of a small bookkeeping practice with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals, experience with QuickBooks Online , and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, transaction categorization, and bank reconciliations. 
 Maintain accurate and organized client financial records. 
 Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation. 
 Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. 
 Follow established bookkeeping procedures and client-specific workflows. 
 Utilize QuickBooks Online to record and manage financial transactions. 
 Provide administrative support related to bookkeeping as needed. 
 Qualifications Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations. 
 Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. 
 Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
