 As we continue to expand nationally and internationally, we're looking for a collaborative, creative, and execution-focused Brand Manager to help bring our brand to life across every consumer and trade touchpoint.
 
 Position Summary 
 Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Brand Manager is responsible for executing the Cazcanes brand strategy across consumer, trade, and experiential marketing channels. This role serves as a key member of the marketing leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Brand Advocacy, Operations, Creative partners, and distributors to deliver marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and support commercial growth.
 
 The Brand Manager will translate strategic priorities into exceptional execution by managing integrated marketing campaigns, trade marketing programs, experiential activations, packaging initiatives, CRM programs, and sales enablement tools. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, organization, collaboration, and commercial thinking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
 
 Essential Responsibilities 
 Brand Marketing 
 Execute integrated marketing campaigns across consumer, trade, experiential, digital, and partnership channels.
 Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute annual brand marketing plans that support company growth objectives.
 Manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and activations are delivered on schedule.
 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints.
 Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and market insights to identify opportunities that strengthen the brand.
 
 Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement 
 Develop marketing programs and sales tools that support distributors and the commercial team.
 Create and manage marketing assets including:
 General Sales Meeting (GSM) presentations
 Distributor presentations
 Sell sheets
 Brand education materials
 Point-of-sale materials (POSM)
 Retail merchandising assets
 Digital sales collateral
 Oversee the production, inventory, fulfillment, and distribution of branded marketing materials.
 Partner closely with Sales and distributors to ensure successful execution of trade marketing programs.
 Gather field feedback and recommend enhancements to improve program effectiveness.
 Support key commercial initiatives including Single Barrel programs, bartender advocacy, menu placements, and strategic account activations.
 
 Consumer Engagement & Experiential Marketing 
 Lead the execution of experiential marketing initiatives including tastings, festivals, trade shows, sponsorships, and consumer events.
 Partner with Brand Ambassadors, distributor partners, and the Sales team to deliver memorable brand experiences.
 Coordinate influencer partnerships and strategic collaborations that elevate brand awareness.
 Measure activation performance and provide recommendations to improve future programs.
 
 CRM & Consumer Marketing 
 Support the growth and engagement of the Cazcanes consumer database.
 Execute CRM initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and consumer communications.
 Partner with digital marketing agencies to develop engaging consumer content.
 Monitor campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
 
 Packaging & Innovation 
 Manage packaging projects for new product launches, limited releases, and gifting initiatives.
 Coordinate with Operations, Creative, and external vendors to ensure packaging projects are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
 Support marketing initiatives related to product innovation and seasonal launches.
 
 International Marketing Support 
 Adapt U.S. marketing plans and creative assets for international distributor partners.
 Coordinate the development and distribution of localized marketing materials while maintaining global brand consistency.
 Support international product launches and distributor marketing initiatives.
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration 
 Partner closely with Sales, Brand Advocacy, Operations, Finance, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
 Represent Cazcanes at distributor meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and consumer activations.
 Support budget planning and manage assigned marketing initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
 
 Qualifications 
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 5–7 years of progressive experience in brand management, consumer marketing, trade marketing, or integrated marketing.
 Experience within the spirits, wine, beer, hospitality, luxury consumer goods, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries strongly preferred.
 Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
 Experience developing trade marketing programs and sales enablement materials.
 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 Experience working with creative agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
 Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
 Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States.
 
 Preferred Qualifications 
 Experience working within the beverage alcohol industry.
 Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system.
 Experience supporting experiential marketing and event execution.
 Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing.
 Experience supporting premium or luxury consumer brands.
 Passion for tequila, hospitality, and premium consumer experiences.

 Salary Range: $100k to 125k plus discretionary bonus, benefits, matching 401k.
