Job Title: National Account Manager Location: National (UK) Reports to: Head of On Trade Salary: £50,000-£55,000 Bonus: 20% Location: Nationwide ( with occasional requirement to HQ in Swansea ) Company Overview At Au Vodka, we pride ourselves on being a luxury vodka brand that embodies sophistication, innovation, and craftsmanship. Our premium product range offers a distinctive taste experience, wrapped in a bottle that is as luxurious as the spirit inside. With a strong focus on quality, exclusivity, and premium service, we are growing rapidly in the UK and international markets. As a brand that truly understands what it means to stand out, we're looking for a passionate and dynamic National Account Manager to drive the next phase of growth and further establish Au Vodka within the wholesale and on-trade sectors. About Au Vodka Au Vodka isn’t just a drinks brand, it’s a movement. Born in Wales and recognised globally, we’ve redefined what a modern FMCG brand can be. Ensure that all accounts are supplied with branded materials, POS, and other tools to elevate the Au Vodka experience in the on-trade environment.
Support the creation of tailored promotional campaigns, events, and activations specific to each customer to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights that influence sales strategy.
Monitor sales performance and report on account activity, opportunities, and challenges on a regular basis to senior management.
Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to ensure stock levels and availability align with customer demand.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations, from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights, best practices, and opportunities for cross-selling.
