Refund & Cancellation Policy

No auto-renewal. All paid plans are one-time passes purchased manually. There is nothing to cancel — a pass simply expires.

Assists. An assist is consumed on first generation for a job; the rest of that job’s bundle is then free. If a generation fails, the assist is automatically credited back.

Refunds. If you were charged but your pass was not activated, or you were double-charged, write to us (see Contact) within 7 days — verified payment failures are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Unused assists lapse when a pass expires and are not refundable; weekly passes include a 10-day renewal grace period.
